Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between CORETUGA, specialized in IT installation, maintenance and fleet management, and its clients.

Article 1 - Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services offered by CORETUGA, including:

• Installation and maintenance of IT fleets (workstations, servers, printers)
• Network cabling and Wi-Fi access point installation
• Deployment and logistics management of IT equipment
• On-site or remote troubleshooting
• Technical consulting and auditing

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 - Quotation and Order

2.1 Quotation Preparation

Each service is subject to a free quotation, valid for 30 days. Rates are calculated based on logistical complexity, number of equipment items, and technical constraints.

2.2 Quotation Acceptance

The quotation becomes a firm order after client signature and mention "Approved for agreement".

Article 3 - Pricing and Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros excluding VAT (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code). They cover:

• Intervention time (installation, configuration, testing)
• Logistics (transport, handling)
• Travel expenses

3.2 Payment Terms

• Services < €500: Payment upon delivery
• Services > €500: 30% upon order, balance upon delivery
• Maintenance contracts: Monthly or quarterly billing

Article 4 - Deadlines and Logistics

Deadlines depend on:

• Equipment availability
• Deployment complexity
• Premises access constraints

CORETUGA informs the client of any delay related to logistical uncertainties.

Article 5 - Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

• Provide a secure environment for interventions
• Designate a contact person to validate key stages
• Backup data before intervention

Article 6 - Warranty and Maintenance

6.1 Service Warranty

30-day warranty on services (excluding normal wear or misuse).

6.2 Fleet Maintenance

Maintenance contracts include:

• Periodic equipment checks
• Software updates
• Corrective interventions within 48 business hours

Article 7 - Confidentiality

CORETUGA commits to client data confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

Article 8 - Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
